Long Term Projects

Dan's truck is on the road! He got it MOT'd the evening before Wheels Day, and drove it straight down there the next day. There were a few teething problems, with a blow out and the belt coming off, but he was looking like he was still loving every minute of it when we bumped into him on the motorway... tanking past us in the outside lane!

As mentioned last month, the F100 has gone in for painting of the cab and front panels, although I've heard they've not actually been sprayed yet. Yep, it's still going to be lime green, but we're all holding our breath until the paint hits the metal! Everyone is really looking forward to getting the body back and putting it back together.

Ian got his Lincoln out of the garage and bought it down to the shop to do the sills. This thing looks mean, mat black with an actual mould green tint does it for me, and the sills are way worse than the boot lid!

The Willys is back in the shop and we're currently redoing the suspension so it has travel at the correct ride height. This is getting close to completion with the last few parts having now been ordered up ready for the final push!
