In
the Garage
This months update was
delayed slightly due to bad weather, apparently in some
places in Kent it snowed!
However the brave managed
to face the freezing temperatures to get this report filed.
The main focus this month in the workshop is this lovely 34
Ford Roadster. It was originally built by Matt Key, son of
Mike the photographer, and had a 4 pot lump. Happily this
went the way of the wall a LONG time ago! The current owner,
who has had it for quite some time, is currently on his 3rd
revamp of the car. This is after he successfully campaigned
it in the Street Eliminator Series and was one of the few
cars that actually drove to the track, raced and drove home
after.

Here you can see the
remnants of the rollcage from those racing days. The future
for this little beauty is a little more sedate with fenders
and even a stereo. And of course you'll be able to hear
that... yeah right!
Can you tell
what it's gonna be yet?

As promised last month we
have a little more of our mystery vehicle. There's a few
more clues in this shot, but don't phone it's just for fun!
Be sure to pop
back soon to see what else has been going on at Burnham
