Long Term Projects

Work is continuing on the 1950 Humber Pullman. The chassis has been painted and an entire new floor pan has been made along with a new bulkhead. As you can see most of the wiring and even the plumbing for the A/C has already been fitted. Sadly most of the work on the underside will go unappreciated unless you happen to be lying on the floor, which obviously you are encouraged to do. Apologies are due as in last month's update it was stated that this car would be fitted with NOS. In reality it will run on LPG, obviously some people's definition of "gas" differ to others. Sorry for any confusion caused.

The new 24 inch wheels for US Automotive's Panel van have arrived. As you can see a small amount of work is required to get them under those arches. The fenders have been widened to not only accommodate those massive rims but to allow clearance when the air bags are fitted.

Behind the Scenes

In our occasional series of photos showing behind the scenes of a top Hot Rod builder here's one of the smallest room in the garage. There can't be many seats as decorative as this one. Ladies please note, if you want the seat put down get your man one like this, problem solved.
