Long Term Projects

Seems the Firebird has been inspiration for Paul to go manual, and he just happened to have this 6 speed sitting on the shelf... the motive on the casing may give the donor away! This will be fitted real soon.

This Fordson belies the amount of work involved, with the customer wanting everything nice and shiny, the new brake master cylinders were sent to the polishers (cheers Gavin). This crab style cap was required as the existing one would not fit underneath the blower.

However, the cap and Mallory distributor did not fit together and required the body to be machined. All fittings are now also stainless. (Thanks to Michael at carweekly.co.uk for the daytime shot.)

At last some progress on the firms truck... Ian has just fitted the fuel tank and injection pump, as well as new rear dampers. Hopefully some more will happen shortly now the season is coming to an end (yeah right!)
